Individual parcels of Pinot Noir are cultivated according to strict environmental practices and using the natural cycle and rhythms of the vine.
Origins
Sourced from the limestone and gravelly vineyards in the Upper Aude Valley where the cool Pyrenean climate prevails. The large difference between night and day temperatures produces a ripe wine with a crisp refreshing backbone.
Vinification
Following pressing the Pinot Rosé undergoes a short fermentation at a cool temperature around 15° C.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. Consume with moderation.
