HISTORY
French Défilé, a French, tailor made rosé. Subtlety and elegance for a limited edition from each vintage. It is a «Mademoiselle» which is different each year, illustrating the potential of our collection of grape varieties to seduce your palate.
VINEYARD
Our vines are planted on limestone, clay and gravel soils, located in the three specific climatic zones of our Limoux vineyard.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Franc.
VINIFICATION
The grapes of each variety are pressed directly after harvesting, then fermented for a short period at a temperature maintained at 15°. The wines are then blended.
TASTING NOTES
French Défilé, pale rose in colour, develops scents of fresh citrus fruit on the nose. The subtle, fruity style on the palate will perfectly match summer salads, barbecues or grilled fish.
